I have not seen it in ages. Not my favorite Otomo Akira follow-up [That would have to be Spriggan.], but if you liked his segment in ネオ東京 or anything from 塚本晋也, or 機動警察パトレイバー , this might be up your alley, too. Personally, I've at least come to appreciate how it was ahead of its time on online gaming, at least.
